Passenger Rights

 "Passenger rights at hand”

Worth to know!

If there are justified reasons to assume that a delay of arrival at destination will exceed 60 minutes in relation to the contract of carriage, the passenger has the following options to choose from:

a) reimbursement of the full cost of the ticket price for a part or parts of unaccomplished travel and for a part or parts of already accomplished travel if the travel is no longer serving any purpose in relation to the passenger's original travel plan due to the delay and return to the first point of departure at the earliest possible time where appropriate; or
b) continuing the journey or re-routing at comparable transport conditions to the station of final destination at the earliest possible time; or
c) continuing the journey or re-routing at comparable transport conditions to the station of final destination at a later time which is convenient for the passenger.
