Requests for help with organising transportation for the disabled and those with reduced physical function and requests for help with mobility at stations/stops must be submitted, at the latest, 24 hours before the planned departure.

Requests can be submitted using the appropriate form available at the bottom of the page, via the disability hotline, by email or traditional mail.

Please use the telephone number of the company operating the train the disabled person wishes to board. Disabled passengers are required to arrive at the station at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure.

A disabled person or a person with reduced physical function is every person whose ability to move is reduced when using modes of transport due to any physical disability (sensory or motoric, permanent or temporary), cognitive impairment or disability, any other disability or due to age, and whose condition requires special attention and adaptation of commonly available services to their specific needs. Such individuals include wheelchair users, individuals who have difficulty walking, passengers with children or heavy and unwieldy luggage, the elderly, the visually impaired and blind, the hard of hearing and deaf, individuals with a leg or arm in a cast, using crutches or a cane, individuals with communication disorders, of short stature, foreign nationals, pregnant women, children, etc.

Therefore, these passengers do not need to report not having a valid ticket, and no fee is incurred during check-in for issuing a ticket onboard a train.
