Lost and found

Have you left something behind one of our trains by accident? No need to worry!

Our guards and drivers regularly and diligently inspect our trains, and all items they find are immediately handed over to our Lost and Found Office in Toruń or Grudziądz. Our Customer Service Office is open on weekdays between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM at the following locations:
